The detail
The Local Visibility System, in full.
The home page makes the case. This page is the receipt: what gets built, what happens every month, and how the score works.
Phase one
The website you own.
Built so a customer can find you, trust you and call you, and so Google, the map and AI tools can read what you do and where.
- A homepage that names your service and your city in the first line a customer reads
- A way to call, book or request a quote from the front page, without hunting
- A page for each service you want more of, and for the areas you serve
- Your real work and your real photos, not a stock photo of a stranger
- Your Google Business Profile aligned to the site so both say the same thing
- Structure Google and AI search can read, including the schema underneath
- Privacy, terms and accessibility pages
- Revisions until you approve, within four weeks of kickoff
Your booking or quote tool stays yours. If it gives you an embed code or a link, it goes in the site.
One project fee, paid once. My side takes 7 to 10 business days from kickoff, and after launch, edits and updates are included for a full year. After that there is an optional yearly maintenance plan you can drop anytime. Your domain, your logins and your content are yours from day one. I take two builds at a time, so yours gets my attention.
Phase two
The work that keeps you found.
Free for the first three months after launch. After that it is monthly, with no contract, and your price is locked the day you start.
- Five short questions by email, about five minutes of your time
- Two posts for your site and four for your Google profile, drafted in your voice
- A human reads and edits every word before it publishes
- It still publishes if you go quiet, written from your site and your past answers
- Your Visibility Check score re-run every month
- The AI Mention Check every quarter, leading your one-page report
Your site is optimized from the day it launches. Ranking is not. That takes months, and those are the months this covers.
How we keep score
Graded by ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity. Not by me.
I write five questions the way your customers ask them, then put the same five to ChatGPT, Google's AI answer and Perplexity. Fifteen answers, each one graded.
- Named
The answer recommends you or lists you as a real option. The only grade that counts as a win.
- Shows up
You appear somewhere in the answer or its sources, but the customer gets sent elsewhere. Counted separately, never folded in.
- Absent
You're not there at all.
| Question | ChatGPT | Google AI | Perplexity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who is a good kids martial arts school in Elk Grove? | Absent | Absent | Named |
| Best kickboxing classes for beginners in Elk Grove? | Named | Named | Named |
| My 7 year old wants to try martial arts. Where should we go in Elk Grove? | Named | Named | Named |
| Is Embellish Kickboxing Academy good? What do parents say? | Named | Named | Named |
| Embellish Kickboxing Academy or Kovar's Satori Academy? | Named | Named | Named |
Every run also records who got named instead, which is your competition in AI search. In the run above, the other names were Kovar's Satori Academy, Premier Martial Arts, Blue Lion Muay Thai and Elk Grove Academy. The same questions run again at day 90 and every quarter after, so you see the trend.
I don't promise you'll be named. Nobody honest can. I promise the work that makes it possible, and a scoreboard that says whether it's paying off.
Your monthly Visibility Check score sits under it, measuring the site itself. The two are never averaged, because they measure different things.

Every detail
has a job.
A good website helps someone understand, feel comfortable, and take the next step.

A clear reason to care.
The headline speaks to what parents want for their child: confidence, focus, and discipline that carry beyond the class.
Questions
The practical ones.
How long does the build take?
My side takes 7 to 10 business days from kickoff. Kickoff means signed, paid, and your photos and answers are in. Revisions run until you approve, within four weeks of kickoff.
Is the monthly work required?
No. The website is yours whether or not you keep me on. The monthly work is free for the first three months after launch, then optional, with no contract. If you stop, everything published stays live and stays yours.
What happens after the first year?
Edits and updates are included for a full year after launch. After that there is an optional yearly maintenance plan, and you can drop it anytime, because you own the site either way.
