Distinguished Creative Co. is a one-person web design studio in Sacramento, California, run by Chris Serra. This page explains what this site collects and what happens to it.
What this site collects
Your name, your email address, your website address, and whatever you write in a form. That is it. Nothing you did not hand over on purpose.
If you run the free AI Visibility Check, the site also reads the public pages of the website address you give it, the same way a search engine would.
Why we have it
To answer you, to send you the results you asked for, and to do the work you hired us for. Your information is never sold and never rented.
The tools involved
- Google Analytics, for basic traffic counts. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies, and it honors Global Privacy Control.
- Meta Pixel, for measuring ads. It loads only after you accept marketing cookies, and it honors Global Privacy Control.
- Gmail and Google Sheets, which deliver and log the AI Visibility Check results and any note you send.
- A hosted database, which stores form submissions so nothing gets lost between the form and the reply.
Each of these companies has its own privacy terms. We only send them what the tool needs to do its job.
Cookies
Nothing that tracks you loads until you say yes. You can change your mind any time with the Your Privacy Choices button in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a no and skip the prompt.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and the right to ask us to delete it. Email iamchrisserra@gmail.com and we will handle it. We do not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Asking us anything here will never get you worse service.
Reaching us
Email iamchrisserra@gmail.com, or use the contact page. A real person reads it.
